Pencil portraits from photos. A pencil portrait can be done without the wait for drying time that is necessary for an oil portrait. Many people prefer the " traditional" look of a pencil portrait. When you receive your pencil portrait, please frame it under glass. This will preserve your pencil portrait for years to come. You will love your hand drawn portrait. It is very hard to take a good photo of a pencil portrait so you will notice that the drawings look as if they are done on tinted paper but are not. They are all done on white or cream paper.
